By law all citizens, without discrimination, may vote, run for office, and/or start a political party in a reasonable amount of time.
Available/Incumbent Political Parties
You can also create an entirely new party, but it is a lot of work and you need to know the current parties and platforms too. It is not recommended unless you have been a constituent active in the elections with us for a number of months or years. We do not bar citizen from participation in any way.
Party of Innovation
Platform: Invest in science and technology.
This party wants to turn the PofA into one of the, if not the, most well advanced micronation in terms of invention/GDP output and tech economy sustained.
Business First Party
Platform: Get an economy going.
This party sees the primary goal of all elected officials and ennobled to be stimulating the economy for citizens and the state either through joint ventures or subsidies, etc..
City of Earth Party
Platform: Environmentalism and Activism
This party wants to push activism and environmentalism not only within the principality, but further beyond to the whole world.
Not affiliated with the green party, but candidate platforms may find similarities.
Democrats & Republicans
Platform: Liberalism and Conservatism
Yes, these two dominant political parties from the United States exist in our micronation as well. You can choose from the Dems or the GOP if you wanted to run under one of these two groups. Liberians do not have a legal party in the principality as we are not a laissez-faire country under the current leadership and nobility.
